Over the past year, I have been dedicated to bettering myself, I have questioned everything I thought I knew: my diet, my work ethic, my goals and many, many more things. I am teaching myself how to live a happy and fulfilling life, through reading and researching. Most of what I have learnt has not been offered through the standard education system, in fact in most cases it contradicts it. 

I want to share with you what I have learnt so far and continue to share with you as I continue to learn, in the hope what I have to say will help you to live a better life every day.
