Stress leads to a poor quality of life and a premature death, high levels of stress cannot be maintained for long periods of time. Eventually you will burn out.
There are many methods you can use to cope with stresses in your life like diet and exercise (I will be doing an article on this later so subscribe to make sure you get it), but these are remedies not cures. The best way to deal with stress is to make yourself a life where stress only occurs on occasion. You should never be in a career you dislike for long periods of time, or be in relationships that cause you anger and stress.
Your life should be calm and enjoyable.
Chances are if you are reading this blog you want to be successful in life, success requires hard work. Misguided hard work results in stress, by that I mean if you spend your time working hard on something you don’t enjoy you will become stressed. If you are going into business, make sure you like the type of business you own. There will be times in life you have to work extremely hard and the only way you can avoid stress is by making sure you enjoy what you are doing.
